1. Srinagar airport to Hotel Pick up & drop.
2. 01-night hotel accommodation in Pahalgam on Double Sharing.
3. 03-night hotel accommodation in Srinagar on Double Sharing.

• All sightseeing as tour itinerary.

• All transfers & Sightseeing by Non Car in Kashmir.

8. Entrance fees for all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
9. Any items of a personal nature like tips to guides, drivers, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), and food and drink which is not part of the set group menu.
10. Any optional tours, excursions, supplement costs, services, and activities not mentioned in the itinerary inclusions
11. Any other meals than those mentioned above

Note: In case of heavy snowfall our cab won’t be able to go to Gulmarg. The client has to take a cab from Tangmarg on own

THE COST DOES NOT INCLUDE 

• Cost for extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary. 
• Cost for optional tours, Up–Gradation Charges, Guide, Sightseeing entrance fees, Room Heater charges. 
• Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” Head. 
• Cost for Airfare, Train fare. 
• Additional costs arise due to mishaps, political unrest, and natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc. In such cases, extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly. 
• Payment for service provided on a personal request. 
• Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Please carry valid photos, Passport  & 02 copies of passport-size photos. 
• During the tour, the previously mentioned Hotel or Home stay may be changed/altered due to several non-avoidable circumstances & can be provided another Hotel / Home stay in the same or upgraded category. 
• Rooms / Vehicles are subject to availability & are not on hold. 
• Cancellation charges as applicable. 
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal. 
• Management is at liberty to make changes or omit any place of visit if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or bandh, security reasons, etc. 
• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health-related issues (like arthritis, heart problems, etc.) or any such matter that might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly. 
• There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so whatever may be the reason. 
• Additional costs arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc. will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

2. Hat/ Cap/ Sunglass.
3. Sun-Burn Lotion.
4. Snicker Shoes for walking.
5. Binocular.
6. Camera, Charger, Battery & Films.
7. Toothpaste & Tooth Brush, Towels.
8. Emergency Medicine.
9. Soap & Shampoo.
10. Flash Light.

Cancellation Policy:

1. 25% Cancellation charge for confirmed reservations.
2. Two weeks before the tour – 50%
3. One week before the tour – 75%
4. Three working days before the tour – 90%
5. Within Three working days – 100%

Special Note: Student/Family/Corporate group tours will be customized according to demand and prices can be increased/decreased according to Resort and Transport availability.
